Products

You can swap items with alternate same or near-value items. For example you could swap some red wine with some white wine or beer. You could also swap some gluten biscuits with some gluten-free crackers. Our site is currently not set up for managing these options yourself, however we're more than happy to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Include your requests when checking out, or if you need reassurance or item support, be sure to contact us via hello@williamsandtaylor.com.au.  

Purchasing

Yes, you can. We like to think our website is easy to use, but any website can be a little overwhelming sometimes. We're more than happy to discuss any questions you might have, but ultimately process your order over the phone. Be sure to have your credit card handy when ringing.

We accept most forms of payment, including VISA, Mastercard, Amex as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ZIP Pay. We will soon be adding PayPal and AfterPay. Looking for a corporate account? Best get in touch with us to discuss.

Shipping

We generally don't do free shipping, although we do do cheaper local delivery. If you live within Adelaide Metro or Adelaide Hills you may be entitled to our flat $10 delivery fee. If you're looking for a bulk outer-Adelaide delivery we're more than happy to discuss further. Be sure to give us a call.

Yes, we do offer Express Post. You'll find this option whilst checking out. Please note that due to our location your recipient may not receive their purchase the following day, however it is generally quicker than standard post parcel. If you're ordering for local delivery (Adelaide Metro or Adelaide Hills) you may receive your order on the same or next day. Be sure to let us know when you need your delivery by.

We do ship internationally, yes! Delivery cost on this is outside of our control. We can only charge what we're being charged to ship it to you, however we're more than happy to do it. Our hampers are packed in a secondary thicker cardboard with additional internal supportive cardboard blocks and eco-friendly bubble bags. When checking out simply provide the address you'll be shipping to and the website will handle the rest.

We always try to deliver orders as fast as we can. Local deliveries are likely to be within a couple of working days, however everything outside of that area is in the hands of Australia Post. Whilst it is fair to expect delays in our current climate, we also provide a tracking number so you know where your order is at. If you need your order delivered by a certain date be sure to let us know
